Top Secret

The other week I mentioned that I had been working on something at work but it was to early to mention what it was, well its OK to talk about it now. Don't know if anyone has caught the news today but a new Child Exploitation and Online Protection centre was launched today... A kind of FBI style unit that is designed to protect children from paedophiles on the net. We have been working over the last 8 weeks on the branding, website, presentation, and other resources for their main young people's initiative think u know

Here are some links about the project:

Annie says that I need to put some links to interesting sites on my blog...

I thought that I would start with some cool videos that I have stumbled accross.

This one is of an amazing 12 year old drummer... You should definatly check it out at about 5min 30sec when he is drumming one handed.

This video is great because it is also educational... "Remember, when you put down one mother, you put down mothers all over the world"

The Farting Preacher... (An old one, but I still find it funny)

Greatest week ever...

Listening to the Amelie sound track at the moment… really like it.

We have had a really amazing week, quite over the top in fact. Tuesday evening we went around to Dave and Katie’s and had a rally nice meal, stayed late and had lots of nice wine and conversations. Wednesday was Sarah’s 28th Birthday and we went out for a meal in London. Really good evening, nice change to go out with just the two of us. Thursday evening we went to the Gowlett to celebrate Sarah’s birthday with a load of friends.  Had really nice pizza and beer. Friday was good Friday so we had the day off.  We went to an excellent service at Rye lane Baptist chapel and then went out for a walk in the country with Ed, Fuzz,
Barney, Emma, Ant, Annie, Jude, Nicky and Sarah. We went to an amazing pub for dinner.  Saturday we went to Sarah’s folks for a meal to celebrate Sarah’s and Steve’s birthday.  Sunday lunch went to mums, and today we are going to Ruth’s.

I think that this week will go down as one of the best weeks ever…

No news is good news

Apple has just announced that you can now install windows XP on a intel based mac… Not too sure why they have done this, some people are predicting the downfall of apple, even joking that MS might even end up buying them. See The Register for a funny article predicting the future.

Working late again today… Not too late, and will go out for a meal with Sarah after so that makes up for it.

Bother Dave has set up his blog, he flew to OZ yesterday. Must keep up with what is going on.

I searched for ‘jack’ in my iTunes library today. I then spent the next 5 hours listening to Jack Johnson, The Sleepy Jacksons, Michael Jackson, and the Jackson Five on random. Certainly was an interesting listen.

Better go, meant to be working.

The Postal Service

"Give Up" Brilliant album, bought it today from the iTunes store. I really love this album :) Kind of geeky computer game sounds meets Bell and Sebastian.
